Motivate to Succeed is committed to developing young minds. Founded by Brittany Hutchison, a credentialed teacher with a Masters degree in Molecular Biology and Fred Finke a science teacher of over 30 years of experience, Motivate to Succeed has always used proven educational techniques to instruct and students. Fred Finke believed that, although many teachers did an admirable job in the classroom, many student did not learn well in traditional institutions. Many student don't respond to the assembly line nature of most institutions. He believed that a student's strengths and natural ability needed to be the foundation of learning. Brittany Hutchison often warned against a "Cookie cutter" approach to educating students, Her herself a home home-schooled student. At Motivate to Succeed, your student is seen as an individual, and natural strengths are identified and built upon.

All of our teachers subscribe to the same philosophy. Our teachers are experienced and go through a rigorous screening process before joining our team.

The learning center is the quiet and tranquility of your home under the guidance of your watchful eyes, offering an environment that makes it easy to focus. We strive to encourage a stress free environment. Our goal is to help you to find the matrials that will make success a reality. You are the person most equipped to make sure distractions are removed. Individualized attention ensures that your student remains engaged.

Our recommended programs when followed share successful strategies with students so they can succeed on their own.
